  • Or You ould Be A Normal Person And Make One :)

  • what screen recorder do u use and how do you create the zoomed in circle effect

  • The point of this isn't to not make a pumpkin and just Photoshop one for fuck sake, it's an informative video to help you get better at Photoshop, even if it's just simple layer properties for the most part.

  • can you give me the picture

  • Comment removed

  • GREAT!! Easy to follow and great results!

    Thank you!

  • I absolutely love this tutorial. As a photoshop beginner this was incredibly helpful. Thanks, so much! I have a problem, after I add the eyes and nose, copy the layer settings, paste them &begin to change the inner shadow on the eyes, the inner shadow on the mouth changes. It's like my layers are connected, but none of the layers have been linked. I've tried selecting the eye seperately & applying all the layer syles, but the same thing happens. Help, please? Also I have CS5.

  • @glitterandglueforyou i have the save problem its anoying me

  • @reagancool you have "global light" checked on in your layer style dialogue box, uncheck it and any adjustments you make should only be applied to the layer you have selected..

  • or you could just carve it out....

  • Do most of these work for elements 7 or 8?

  • @CanadiaNecro1 Hey i need some help, since you are like awesome at this you shuld know, my colours arent vibrant like they are really dull loocking, any help available?

  • @CanadiaNecro1 if you live in America and could buy a pumpkin for Halloween, that is.

  • @SanSanWizzlePop I carved an awesome one last year, of Scar from The Lion King. And honestly, it took me less time to carve that thing in real life than it would have taken me to make it digitally! But to each his own. Some digital artists are really nifty with this stuff.

  • @CanadiaNecro1 LOL that must've been fun

  • exelent man!!!

  • Why do you memorize the hex color codes. I would die if I tried to do that.

  • lol

  • He didn't memorize it, he just wrote it down...duhh

  • I think he's just copying it from a piece of paper or something 'coz he probably did the tut before the real vid recording! LOL! I had the same question ya kno! haha!

  • They were written down.

  • Ok, I looked into hex editing and I am never going to learn it.

he seems to know the colors almost by heart --- it looks like he types them in. very impressive :]

  • hey tut i was wondering if you have any tutorials for the windows version of photoshop. As i DO NOT own a mac. no offense but EWW!

  • They are exactly the same.... Just the Command on a Mac becomes Control, and Option on a Mac becomes Alt. Sooooo difficult.

Consider me super nice for helping one of *your kind*.

  • WTF! i am in no way stupid you ASS! i just dont have a mac to tell the differance between the mac version and the xp version. I don't own a mac and never will! i wont ever own a mac b/c i like to upgrade my computer without having to pay someone to do it like you do with a mac!

  • Kiddie just get back to your games and stop being so rude to people trying to help with photoshop. Ah your 27, man sound lke a 6 year old!!!

  • Both versions are identical. And when I mention shortcuts, I make sure to mention both.

  • :D Awesome tutorial!! I really liked it :=)

  • Wow that is very cool! Thanks!

  • Nice tut!

  • nice tut, but alot of settings XD

  • horsechik u have to do it on another layer, i think =D

  • when i go to do the gradient overlay, it doesnt just apply it to the mouth.. it covers the whole image.. help?

  • You have to select the area you want to be in gradient, such as the mouth with your magic wand. YW :P

  • it was selected.. but i figured it out, i had to open a blank layer over the picture and select it on there.. thanks anyway though

  • Nice.

  • that was sooo cool

  • Great tut. like all of your tutorials! 5*

  • Great tutorial! One question, though. You say you used the dodge tool to darken the image surrounding the pumpkin, but I notice you also brightened the pumpkin a little. What did you use for that?

  • I used the Burn Tool to darken the background, and the Dodge Tool to brighten the pumpkin a bit.

  • Ah, I was a little mixed up. Thank you for clearing that up.

  • @IceflowStudios Exuse me, but could you make a video on editing stuff with like, photos. Not like manipulation, but tricks to make pictures nicer : ) thx

  • anyone know how he made the backround more black so it looks like night time?

  • He said he just used the burn tool on everything other than the pumpkin :)

  • burn tool--used on all but the pumpkin

  • How did you do the thing to the left of the spotlight?

  • you could just carve ur own pumpkin...

  • you could, but thsi is much cooler... jeeze....

  • i know, just simply sayin..

  • hey, thanks

  • Is there a way to make it so when I draw on photoshop with a tablet it will recognize pressure sensitivity? It always just draws a solid black line for me. D:

  • mmh... maybe brush settings?

  • Go to your brushes, select one, then click "Shape Dynamics", there's a bunch of sliders and drop downs in there, one should be for pen pressure (in each drop down). The default brushes have two sets of the "same" brushes too (Basic Brushes) by the way. As in they're the same size and softness and so on, but one set has no pressure sensitivity and the other does.

  • Wow...Skills.
