I am a huge fan of Emeril Lagasse! I miss his show "Emeril Live," which used to come on the Food Network. If I had the money, I would buy all his signature ware (from pots & pans to aprons & spices). I would even travel to go eat at one of his restaurants. He has ALWAYS been my most favorite celebrity chef! Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, and Sandra Lee don't have sh*t on him! Shame on Food Network for taking the show off the air!

okay, i just have to vent! i just saw emril handling FISH for goodness sake! just used a towel (dry) again,what is it with this guy, he's too good to get everyone sick who eats the veggies he's worked with? yesterday chicken, today fish. Gross!

I'm new at this, I was watching Essence of Emeril on food network. He was making chicken, then said, "You know , always wash your hands when handling poultry." Then he proceeded to just wipe his hands on a towel. no washing! Went straight to working with vegatables. Can you say, "SAL MANILLA!"
