Doing that spin and timing it so you fool the goalie into thinking your just spinning and going to your backhand, while watching out for the poke check and lifting the puck up over the pad......... or spinning around at centre ice and then walking in and taking a snap shot. Im not into the whole style points for something looking cool. The hardest part about recreating that goal would be tying to fool the goalie with that week shot.

What was the problem with this goal? It's a shootout and you're allowed to be creative. What do you think Pavel Datsuyk does on his shootout attempts? He's attempting to be creative. If there's a problem, then it should be with the goalie who couldn't stop it. You don't like it, then make the save.

What was the problem with this goal? It's a shootout and you're allowed to be creative. What do you think Pavel Datsuyk does on his shootout attempts? He's attempting to be creative. If there's a problem, then it should be with the goalie who couldn't stop it. You don't like it, then make the save.
