Whoever created this video has shit for brains plain and simple. Mencia did not steal one or two jokes, he's yanked DOZENS. That's why Mencia is the one comic (and arguably only) that all comics universally hate. They know he steals (a little from everyone i might add). I admit he stole jokes and so did alot of comedian who accused him too. Because they were jealous But Carlos was funny with his own jokes and better with others.
