Kind of off topic here. But England *is* a complex and difficult society to keep in order. It's grown much more violent and messy these days which isn't strange considering the population figure which is spread out over a very small continent in relation to it. Comparing it with say Japan is interesting in the sense that while England has all the crime and problems in the world to deal with, and harsher laws. Japan by contrast has very little to no problems and twice as large a population.

Rioters and looters, should be met by rooftop snipers, end of. There is no place in our society for this rabble, and they would be no loss. Genuine protests do not include this kind of behaviour, and there is no excuse for it.

Jail as many as you can. The riot wasnt about freedom, it was about a free TV. Using facebook in this manner is wrong but London has more street cameras than most cities, just use that.
