@mahalcat almost every movie or series on American Tv. is shot or filmed in Canada. Probably because we keep our bit of Earth clean and presentable.

@LoveMokes Most american TV shows are film on the west coast or in Toronto, we i NS get the occasional blockbuster movie or made for TV movies, but we don't get many ongoing american TV shows filmed here.

@ specksta1014 if you have comcast check upcoming times for this title and it should repeat. I noticed it repeated all week at different times. Love the show, am a fan of it now. I will try to read the book soon enough to see how closely it resembles the show. Hope this helps :)

I just read Stephen King's book "The Colorado Kid". It's about a mysterious out of towner from Colorado,that ends up dead on the beach on an island off the coast of Maine. The story is told as a history by two older Maine newspapermen telling the story to a young reporter

I did not catch the first episode of the series. Does anyone know how I can view the video of the first episode? It doesn't appear to be available on the SyFy site yet.

Its not all filmed in Lunenburg, I should know I'm in it :) But yes Nova Scotia, its a story about a small town in Maine but filmed in Hubbards Area NS :)
