  • @nicholasbonkowsky can i do this everyday??

  • @yeasen12345 You could but that could also be over doing it, take at least 1 rest day in between that's assuming your doing more than 1 set of this per time.

  • Man..you are good! keep it up...

  • it looks like dancing

  • Gotta break these moves out at the club

  • hehehe,, try this once you'll feel that it has an effect hahaha

  • does the opening of the mouth includes this footwork training? JUST KIDDING!!! NICE!!!

  • Might be useful for table tennis players too, cause they even have to move on balls during the whole point.

  • @AgricolaSuperbus for sure it would be, most sports that requires quick directional changes these exercises would be good.

  • @nicholasbonkowsky would you count basketball? :)

  • @stuart8965756799 Yup for sure I'd say that it could aid in some general stuff for basketball too.

  • HOLY SHIT SO FAST WAT THE FUCK

  • Hahaha couldn't stop laughing

  • what the fuck?

  • lol Nice Bhopping.

  • good job....i think i m gonna try this...hope it helps my footwork on court...!!!!!

  • this guy gots stamina......great job man....

  • bloody hell, either my internet connection is really really bad or he is just quick

  • at 4:01 i thought to myself... "finally, something i think i can do." but then you ramped it up D:

  • The side to side lunges look like a dance move. What a boss!

  • good job man but tell me this, how much did you find this helped your game? cos im not sure about it thats all

  • @mcyuen413 It's one of the smaller things that can help make subtle differences. It will help your lactic acid tolerance and help to provide some general strength and "faster feet" for badminton in your footwork. That being said you still need to practice footwork and everything else to see the difference.

  • Thanks!

  • How often and in how many repetitions do i have to do those exercices?

  • @xXelthas Depends, when starting out try for 1 set and 3-4 times a week. as you progress add in a another set. At the highest I did 6 sets 3 days a week and it was painful.

  • that looks ridiculously harsh....great job to you man...i cant even last till the 4th...with 20 seconds workout and 1 min rest....i still got a long way to go...but thanks!!

  • Haft Chines haft Indian !!!

  • 01:27 bet you cant do this bitch!

  • awkward

  • really great video but sry i laughed..

just because it looks funny when u do it that fast..

  • good footwork

  • definitely something new. u must be a pretty good dancer. wonder what your current rating is?

  • is this video fast-forwarded of what LOL...

  • great great video!!!!!

  • @magnuzmantra Thank you

  • How is he a Chinese lol.

  • @lolols321 "Chinese footwork" is simply a name that these exercises are referred to as. I am not Chinese.

  • NUMBAH ONE~ !!!

  • Hes Shuffling xD

  • looks like a cake walk

  • Oh god I just died doing all this ... and the last exercise I only did 20 seconds

  • @portugboy Keep it up

  • @nicholasbonkowsky you can count on that

  • I got tired just by watching this.

  • This would be great for my table tennis! nice video mate

  • @andreas69ify Thanks! hope it serves you well.

  • My question would be how long have you been doing this to achieve that level of speed? I know it depends on the person but for you personally, how long?

  • @SkyEkou67 I have done this on and off for maybe 2 years. sometimes I wont do it for 3 or 4 months and then will jump back into a routine with it. I'm not trying to sound big on myself or cocky but I'm not going 100% in this demonstration. this is something like 60%, when you do a real set you push yourself to the max and make it hard for yourself.

  • @nicholasbonkowsky I am 60, I will try this out from slow to fast for badminton. Will let you know my outcome after a month. Thanks for the clear and intriging demonstration. I am impressed.

  • How often do we have to do this in order to see its effect?

  • @roystein99 I would recommend 2-3 times a week maybe 4 times at the most, allowing at least 1 day in between for rest and recovery.

  • 9 is tiring !

  • @roystein99 9 would be one of the more tiring ones for sure

  • such excellent dance moves too!

  • xD hilerious!

  • he is tooooooo fast!!! Unbelievable.

  • Are the tuck jumps supposed to be the hardest? I could only sustain it for 15 seconds before quitting. The rest of the exercises seemed relatively easier compared to that one.

  • @ryuuseiken13 The tuck jumps may be one of the harder ones, different people will find certain ones harder than others and there is nothing wrong with that. Still good though and in no time you will be able to go the full time. Keep working hard!

  • this is very good indeed! Feet look very fast and I'm sure it shows on court. I'm going to integrate this into my own routine.

  • @angoo83 Than you, glad to hear that you will use it for your badminton as well.

  • u need to sit ur jumpin self down somewhere

  • this is very good! just one tip, in the first 2 drills, shouldnt you try and stay going over the line? like in front and behind of it rather than just staying in one part? just a tip, im not sure thats just how i was shown it.

  • @footyfarid19 you dont need a line, its the exact same without a line present your still going back and forth over an imaginary line on the floor. you dont want to be taking big jumps forward and backwards or side to side.
