ilovelucyclassics, you obviously don't understand the point of the commercial, or gamestop in general. Trading games is a way to get something out of nothing for games you don't play anymore. It isnt a money making scheme for you, and should not be treated like one. So enjoy having your madden 04 and expecting more than 20 cents for it, and ill continue to trade in the games i am done playing and getting good money for them with all the promos they put out there.

That 20 cent madden game will be re-stickered for $3... that's a 1500% profit. Same with new games... you buy it for $60 new... you trade it in for about $25... then they put it up for $49.99. That's for the newest of new games... ever play see the price for Fatal Frame? The trade in price: $16.... Used resale price: $39.99

You know what I don;t get is. They sell some USED games for just $5 cheaper than buying it brand new. That is not a discount that is just me saving the shipping fee. I might as well buy it new for $5 more.

1.get nba live 09 (something like that),lotr conquest, banjo kazooie, madden 06 and madden 07 (should sum up to about 35 bucks all thesse games probably suck but it will pay off in the long run)

2.trade in nba 09 banjo kazooie and lotr and then get fight night round 4 for 30 bucks instead of 60

3.then on july 16-18 trade in your 2 maddens worth a whole sum of 8 dollars and get a free game of your choic

ok i work at gamestop in napa, CA and we wouldnt just give you a reciept we would give you store credit on a gift card/edge card but maybe the one you go to works like that which would be odd but yes u should be able to just becuase it would be like paying half cash and half debit/credit which they do but if you have anymore questions dont hesitate to ask
