Thank you Cindy Sheehan. When I first heard about you it was the start of the 'War Against Terrorists' I was already in total agreement with you. What I would like to thank you for is, Up to today I was in agreement with the Libyian situation. Somehow I was caught up in thinking " Look what Iraq was all really about :( .... Maybe this time it's a legit uprising against an unreasonable ruler." Listening to your logic has started me to think I need to revisit this. Thanks for making me think.

The UN receives most of its funding from the US.  Nothing in the Security Council happens without US approval. The General Assembly is mostly a side-show as well, dominated by equally corrupt governments. The only branches within the UN, worthy of any support whatsoever, are the refugee committees. Most peace-keeping missions have become a joke, serving powerful people all around. I'm not in agreement with John Bolton (another asshole), but the UN has utterly failed in its mission.

Bravo Cindy! She is one of the few people who still speaks the truth. I admire her courage immensely. She has been arrested many, many times. And no, she's not a hypocrite, she stands on principle, recognizing that both parties are sooooo corrupt, that the situation can no longer be solved from the inside. The so-called left has completely abandoned their anti-war stance, since Obama was elected. There is no excuse for this. Cindy is able to see through the lies.

Rumsfeld, Cheney Rove, the Bush family and many others made a lot of money over the deaths of U.S. men and women and the deaths of innocent Iraqi families.

I wish I could believe in some kind of accounting these murderers will ultimately face. At the very least I wish their conscience would torment them. Sadly, they will probably live their lives in luxury while countless families are ravaged with grief and torment.

To give you an example, if the pope really believed what he preachs ... Would he even for one second would he concider sheltering and enabling people in his org to rape children?
