Frank millers original script was made into a comic about ten years later and is quite good. Its just one script tho and it shows that the third movie is basically them just tacking his name on to get some more sales. The second ,movie actually does keep a fair bit of his script even if its quite heavily altered even there.
Well, you forgot 2 things I think that should have been added.
If you look closely at the end when the ninjas or samurai whatever's arm gets cut off, you can notice the actors real arm behind his back.
Also, you negated to mention robo cop managed to shoot that guys gun in the hotel right out of his hands and balance it in mid air (also when the gun falls on the floor it is in perfect condition) yet when he is chasing the van in the pimp car he cant shoot the old man for shit.
I know this movie is not that good but, I like it better than Robocop 2. I would have to disagree with you and say that I think it's drama of this movie that makes it better than Robocop 2. Robocop is so over the top a goofy that it's ridiculous. This movie is more serious and brings Robocop back to something more realistic than Robocop 2. The people wanted to stay at Cadillac Heights because it's better than being homeless. P.S. Arm-canons, ninja robots, and jet packs are cool.

Robocop 3 had 1 large problem for me, pg13. Because with that rating came restrictions and hurt the world they were trying to build. Robocop 3 to me is deus ex, because it's story and themes are very similar except handled (in my humble opinion) in a much more adult way.

The third movie in a trilogy is never the best? I'd agree its rarely the best but Return of the King, The Bourne Ultimatum, and the incredibly consistent Pusher, Dead and Toy Story trilogies would indicate they can sometimes outshine or match their predecessors. Very good review though.
@Badthoughts90 Good points, although I would argue that since The Lord of the Rings was actually one book that was broken up into three parts by the book publisher, that it's not really a trilogy. I mean all three movies were actually being made consecutively so really even the movies are just one big epic movie broken up into 3 parts. And Toy Story is going to have a 4th movie shortly so it won't even be a trilogy anymore. And personally, I think the first Borne movie is the best.
@SWAGshow Fair point on Lord Of the Rings though I still see as a trilogy personally, three separate but intentionally narratively or thematically connected films is just my basic definition of a movie trilogy, I feel obliged to abide by it for LOTR regardless of how it was made. That's a worrying thought on Toy Story considering how well wrapped it it all was.
There ARE some trilogies where the third is actually the best: Lord of the Rings, Toy Story, Gamera heisei trilogy, Star Wars original trilogy (ROTJ is my favorite, there i said it!).

it was a water down robocop movie. after 2 movies that were either rated r or unrated this was pg-13. seriously? to be fair on lewis death, the actress only agreed to return if she was killed off halfway through.
but the biggest fuck you to the audience was at the end when robocop says dead or alive your coming with me. peter weller is the only man that can pull off that line. lets hope the reboot doesnt fuck it up aswell
