Thank you! But I have green stuff I put on my cheeks and it doesn't dry quick, could I still put the foundation over it when the green stuff still kind of wet?
@xJessiPoo if you have a liquid green concealer I´d say it´s better to apply it and then apply a light layer of powder so it´ll stay in place and you won´t smear it while applying your foundation :) x
