  • @Hamish814 Search for "Tankentai Battle System" on Google and hopefully you'll find everything you need. :)

  • @JoRu94 I have :/ I've tried to replace the basic non-kaduki system with these characters but it doesn't work, I've looked for the minkoff battler demo but I can't find that either :/

  • @Hamish814 I don't have the game files anymore unfortunalety, so I can't look over how I did this. However, I do know that there are a number of small optional extra scripts for the Tankentai-system, including arrow fixes and height issues. You may have already tried using some of these, but it's the only possible I can think of right now. :(

    If you look in a topic for the battle system there should be links for those extra scripts there.

  • can u port RMVX tiles to 2k3? I like 2K3 for its battlesystem and animations (custom animations are OWNAGE)

  • @helldrag0n47 I think that could be done, but I'm not the right guy to do it. This conversion was not made by me (give credit to "Craze" for this, who did a great job on this package I'm using), and although I know a thing or two about image editing and how to implement different tilesets to different programs I don't think I'm good enough to make something like that. :(

  • I have mario tilesets for rm2k3 so, could i use them in vx???

  • I don't know how rm2k3-tilesets are made, but technically all kinds of graphics can be used if they are edited into the way VX-tilesets look like (512x512 px). So, yes.

  • I didn't actually make the graphics, Craze did so if you have any questions about that you'll have to ask him unfortunalety. If someone plans to use this you must credit Craze, not me.

  • Yes, the monsters from the RM2k3 RTP are included in the package. Just download and remove what you don't need. :)

  • well all you need is the character maker 1999 and you can create your monsters and inportthem in to the rpg maker 2003 or 2000, but to put them in vx you have to convert the character sheets.

    The link doesn't contain the game, just the resources to make it possible to make VX games with the same graphics.

  • Looks very good, I remember the old RM2K3 days, may have to finally take a break from XP and use VX with RM2K3 graphics. Anything is better then that horrible default blocky RTP for VX. :S
