The sun and the earth combine to forge the weather, the weather determines the amount of water any region can recieve, i have witnessed this, the blocking of the sun does a number of phenomenal things instantly in a fully modified atmosphere, just imagine we are inside a light tube, surrounded by gases, with an igniter lighting the elements about us..?
