Considering that wrap vinyl costs $2.00 per square foot and Clear Bra costs $4.00-$6.00 I think anyone can see where the extra cost is incurred. Clear Bra is also ULTRA STRONG unlike wrap vinyl. It's the same film used on F-16's and helicopter rotor blades. It can increase the lifespan of the protected areas on an F-16 traveling at 1300mph by 1000% so it goes without saying that it will protect a car traveling 70mph very well.
