Yep, like Rayendac said, you need an Action Replay in order to beat him. Though the game does not load such high levels both fighters have, the Charmander is using AR, and hes actually LV200 and CF is LV320. The Charmander uses AR and Falcon still has a 12/120 level advantage.

No, you've got it wrong...

Falcon Punch - 96% rate, base power 670

Falcon Kick - (No-miss), base power 500 (1st attack)

Knee Of Justice - 99% rate, base power 650

(All moves are FLCN type, which means Captain gets STAB and FLCN is double super effective against any pokemon.)

Also, Falcon doesn't lose any turns unless he uses the MERCY command (Which replaced the RUN command, Falcon doesn't have that.)

That, and Falcon has Wonder Guard (Means only weaknesses do damage, but Falcon has none.)

Captain Falcon was going to be in the game originally, but it figures, Nintendo realized the cartridge could not contain so much awesome so they decided to leave him out of the game. :( It's a shame though... Some people believe Missingno is a glitch graphic, I say Missingno are the glitch residue graphics that were left in when they tried to take captain falcon out.
