There's the concept of offering real concrete solutions to the nation's problems.
Then theres the concept of serving up idealistic hackneyed campaign promises in light of a political goal.
There's the concept of creating a movement for policy change based on a new paradigm. There's also the concept of exploiting one's ethnic background for political gain.
Last but not least: theres the concept of "being ready to be president" then there's the concept of "being eligible."
@Masterdebater747 Honestly, I think he is quite simply very well rehearsed, and in actuality not at all 'down to earth' like he exudes, and also not very substantial.
It seems his presidency has so far proven that his idealistic campaign message was either a lie or naive.
yeah, i'm not a fan of obama's by any means either, but geez, i don't think mccain could've been more disrespectful... not just in these clips either. his campaign was based on negativity, he was extremely rude to obama during the debates, and by way of such behavior, he was insulting to americans. a disgrace really.
John MaCcain is such a prick. I am so glad that that grumpy old lieing prick didnt win. But he is such a sore loser, he still is talking shit about Obama. He needs to just go away!
Even though I voted for Obama, I kind of feel sorry for McCain. He was sabotaged by the right wing of the party. I think McCain is a decent man who did and said indecent things because of things that indecent people (The RNC and right wingers) told him to say. I feel like he never ran on who he truly is. Its a shame that a Republican has to be so ultra conservative to get support from the right wing. This country does not need ideologues, it needs leaders with foresight and courage.
Well, then it is even better that he didnt win. Because who wants another moronic puppet in the White house. We just got rid of one. To bad the puppet master has decided to come out and he wont shut up. (Dick Chainy) a.k.a Puppet Master!
He was shaking Obama's hand, but you could see he wanted to wring his neck. Too priceless. Sitting next to Obama, who looked cool, composed and professional, it was very easy to see McCain's frustration.
So much for whipping Obama's ass at this debate. The only thing McCain will be whipping is the cream on Obama's coffee as he takes it on a tray to the oval office, with tears in his eyes...hahaha :D
jesus. Kind of happy I didn't have to two sided vision when I watched the debate otherwise would have spent all the time concentrating on Mccain's little tantrums. Surely Americans deserve someone who is at least level headed as their president. I mean, seriously!
here def didnt hide his anger towards obama while obama focused on the issues and not each other... got a kick out of mccains hand shaking at the end, obama wanted to be professional meanwhile mccasin just didnt want to see him.

I do not like how good of an actor obama is and how smooth he is. it is unsettling.

Total lost of his cool in such an important debate. The audience stops listening at what he has to say. It's very unfortunate for him.
