  • @cspace1234nz I recommend Kundalini yoga very much...I've been practicing for 3 years now and it has changed my life completely...and this is a very good instructional video to use for daily practice if you don't have a teacher nearby!

  • I loved this video! Really brilliant, please never take it off! Sarah was a very easy teacher to listen to. I felt a bit dizzy at one point, perhaps going too fast? I think my dog thought i was crazy. Thank you.

    Thank you for posting; this is truly a most beautiful experience. Your yoga practice helped with the cleansing of cellular tissue that had built up emotional memory stored with in your body. The yoga practice helped you opened up the heart chakra. When this happens, dont hold back. This is a most wonderful experience. I had this happened to me after my first year of yoga practice, and it has been different ever since.

  • This is AMAZING. I after ten minutes I felt sort of angry, then was almost moved to tears. By 30 minutes I was laughing and at the end I have a permanent smile. I've NEVER sweated this much in yoga before, though the moves were NOT hard, they were simple in technique and very good for the body. Thank you so much! I am going to go read more about rapid fire breath...

    moving energy is what yoga is.

    An Awakening is what happens when a person had opened all chakras.

    Kundalini Yoga is an amazing method of doing this.

  • Rapid breath of fire is done on the kundalini itself .....

    1.first close your eyes,

    2.imagine a sleeping snake(kundalini) in the 'Muladhara' (first chakra),

    3.then imagine as if you are firing your hot breath on it(her) to wake it(her) up,

    without good imagination you won't be able to perform it.

    this is as far as I know.

  • I did this slowly, took it really easy, (didn't even do it all) and the next morning, my back felt better than it had in 9 years. Medical doctors, chiropractic, massage, and other forms of yoga did little to nothing for my back. I couldn't bend even 30 degrees. I can now. Although the lift/drop didn't feel good for my back, unless I leaned forward. Skipped most of those. Thanks for this
