And if you don't want heroes to do it for you just grab yourself a few catapults/ isengard mines and destroy the entire wall making ALL of your catapults be spread out therefore less effective. First of all.

That is a really good strategy but it is very vulnerable, for example with the humans (team your enemy is playing)

- Just send units send send send... till the powers reach to level 25

- Use the power of your fortress (the one that can see all the map)

- Use earthquake, and ghost army

- U are dead and don´t even notice.

There are more ( mordor / isengard -> use fly units ) ... etc etc

I particularly like these spaming strats, it's like, destroying the rts spirit. seriously. there should be a way to by pass this and then he would be ded. From what I know from bfme 1, it takes quite a lot of money to afford such forifications, and if he were facing another race, particularly isengard, with their siege equip, he would burn to pieces from the mines.

Nice. But if i was the one to play by Elven, I'd try to rush throught the main gates instead of blowing up the walls on the flanks. But but..., I wouldn't say that your strategy has any offincivines, you can't really move from there, and if you do, your opponent would be able to build some units before you'd reach his startpoint, and then he'd be able to cut your catapults down one-by-one.

If you ould like to have an absolute defense on this map it'smirkwood archers on the walls and some down close to the wall outside against siege machines that are atacking from too far away...the archers on the wall still guard your moving out archers pretty well against horsemen ...

playing on this map as being in the fortress is easy on any difficulty level and as any race...just like the other 2 fortress maps...

this is the noobest stratagy ever, bombard disables the factor of them auto acquiring enemies coming up the ramp or by it, so making them all bombard at one spot, so they have no definsive at all, so u wud be easily defeated by trebs, dwarve catapults or any seige engine, also builders can put out the fires :D, i cud beat u with any army in this layout but the ones wat wud own you wud be goblins mountains giants range is the best in the game :D

Spot alot of weakness after i watched ur video,

(1)you could trapped the horses by using skulls on the two opposites surrounding the horses on the wall which are killing that one catapult and bombarding them with fire.

(2) Once your done with the horses you could have build easterlings, harad archers or trolls by the end of the beseige wall or even send in some of ur catapullts there to reinforce it

(3)Towers aint everything, theyre weak and expensive, use it on one area aka near main gate

Kinda agree with what the earlier replied said, sure you have ground defence, lets no forget the eagles or fellbeast, they come and like the weakness of the tower, worst is, they pass through it and bam, while you manage to kill one fellbeast, he managed to kill a whole lot of catapults, i recommand you to get the harad archers and 3 fellbeast(including witchking) in the beggining, fellbeasts first for protection, then the archers, and just in case that dont stop em, get 4 armored trolls

first i would deploy bombs to make a bigger whole in your wall so that you cant defend with this fuckings catapults. then i would enter in helms deep to destroy your towers. always keep doing it so that i can buy powers. when im having the stone bomb rain(don't know whats the name in english) i would place it on top buy your buildings and the catas so that you havent catas any more. then i go in helms with an giant army and defeet you.cYa its possible to kill

nice strategy,but not wise for long term plans.If the enemy suddenly grow brains,he'll stay back and send small attacks to think their still stupid while their indeed building up their economy,once they got enough armour,forged blades and horse,all they need to do is rush in,disperse,and with the aid of power,it'll be hard.They may lure you by using catapults of their own on your walls to create a bigger opening or crush your gates.Though it'll make hell for the enemy for a while

1. make some of the catapolts on the other ammo, the one that causes fear,

it makes a incredible fire that destroys anything that walks thru...
