THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS. i would type this a 100 times if possible. I had found an alternate fix and updated my game and the problem came back and i did not remember my original fix and wasted another three days just when i originally looked for the fix. But your fix did it for me, thanks man.
Hey, uh... I think it just doesn't work. It seemed at first, after I did this, it kinda worked, but later I noticed it wasn't. But I also noticed, quite accidentally, that once I clear the %TEMP% folder, it begins to work absolutely fine! So, I tried to play both ways - every time my %temp% folder was full, I had my mouse act up within game (not just BFBC2, also in MW2). Every time I cleared my %temp% folder, all was fine!!!

Ok i understanded you kinda , i think the way i will say this will help only nVIDIA Graphic Card Users , ok lets see
1.Open Control Panel
2.Open NVIDIA Control Panel
3.Go To Display/Change Resolution
4.And when you enter you have
Color Depth (32-bit) Click it and change it to 16-bit
Thats all i think i helped somehow :P
