If u read my entire comment and truly are a USC basketball fan then u should know the truth and u really should start speaking the facts. MJ was getting solid minutes before he got injured plain and simple I believe they went on a 4 game winning streak when he was playing and went 1-6 when he wasn't again do your research
I guess some people just don't use the eyes they were blessed with we will talk again beginning of the NBA season n see who knows what they r talking about do u research before u make erroneous comments like that.. This guy started for UCONN LOL tell me who on USC roster would do that Daniel?
I guess Tim Floyd would be included in that list of people who don't use their eyes either since he had a closer look at MJ than all of us and decided to not give him playing time. Since MJ was granted a sixth year of eligibility I will hope that he proves me wrong and carries a gutted USC team to an unprecedented 4th straight appearance to the NCAA tourney.
I'm not sure if TF is the best example to use as a person of integrity. I talked to media guys who watched practice and had only great things to say about Marcus and were confused as to why he didn;t get starter minutes, especially when Dwight was in a funk. Marcus' time was on the rise before the injury though.... Not sure of USC's fate without him and the other guys leaving. Hopefully not to the 07-08 Oregon State embarrassment...
LOL people actually think he would make an NBA team? I am a Trojan fan myself but even Daniel Hackett isn't even going to get a look in the L. How can a guy who never got playing time off a Trojan team who desperately needed guard play off the bench do this? I say if he stays one more year he will get some of the minutes Daniel is taking with him and really get a chance to prove himself.

He's such a good guy too - I mean a solid, clean, good kid... I wish him the best. The NBA could use a few more solid guys like this kid.... The NCAA seems to be dragging their feet - or maybe SC isn't trying to get him back. Why is it taking so long???

true..it's a sad song.. Given his apparent talent level though it just seemed that he didn't get the amount of time he should have. 'SC was a different team with MJ in the line up and he's definitely a crowd favorite.

It's a shame that the home highlights are in a mostly-empty Galen Center. The basketball team really does not draw many people.
