Simple but effective instructional video. The only constructive criticism I have is near the end when when Anthony demonstrates a straight cross/right. Before he throws it you can see he pulls back slightly which is what we call "telegraphing" a punch. You want to be able to throw straight from your chin without showing your opponent that the punch is coming. Other than that, a good video...

Hey Shawyen I have a question for ya. When I throw a left I do so with tremendous power. I am left handed but it's interesting. Even though I'm a southpaw I feel more comfortable in an orthodox stance. Anyways, when I throw a right, it doesn't feel natural. I generate much more force with my left than with my right. Not only that, but throwing a punch with my left just feels better. It's more fluid and feels more natural. How can I achieve the same technique and strength with my other hand?

Im 14 and im not weak but im horrible at punching. I was raised with a sing mother and haven't gotten into any serious fist fights at school, so when my buddys go and punch me on the shoulder i don't wanna punch them back cuz im scared my punch will be to shat.
