These are all cell phone pics.....The only picture taken with the Aiptek digital camera was the shrimp in filo cups (best pic, I think). All other pics are done with a LG cell phone.

East to tell you've werked in kitchens, before. and or presently. Was that filet mignon on the black beans n corn? And the zucinni or was that guacamole on 1/2 slices of?
The meat on the black beans and corn is a pork tenderlion wrapped in bacon, topped with my homemade honey mustard and scallions. Not sure which dish you are talking about when you say zucinni, but the second pic is shrimp and cornbread. The cornbread looks green because I used blue corn, yellow corn and a bit of food coloring. I have a cast iron mold that is shaped like corn cobbs.
