  • what song plays before the part where stephen gets grabbed by a zombie and so does peter at the same time?

  • It's a shame the music isn't on here where steven puts the record on. It is a guitar track which doesn't feature on this album.

  • @vinto34 - that track's an easy score on iTunes (at least by title, not necessarily the exact version) - it's called "Spanish Romance". A lot of different renditions are out there, but start with those from Vincenzo Martinelli, Goliath Flores, Christopher and in particular Carlos Bonell, which sound closest to the rendition in this scene.

  • @pacorps I meant Christopher Dunn :)

  • You can hear 1:07 to 2:34 in some 70's and 80's Chinese kung fu movies.

  • @chairmanofthebored1 Ha, really? They must have nicked it! Bloody Shaw Bros LOL

  • @wandererlain Or they too licensed it from De Wolfe Music Ltd. ;)

  • @BrisbaneBoy86 Corporations, companies, governments... They been nothing to me.

  • @wandererlain Yep, check out The Deadly Mantis movie with David Chiang, and you can hear part of this. Save for a strange ending, it was a pretty good movie.

  • We got this man, WE GOT THIS BY THE ASS!!!! My most favourite film ever ! outstanding soundtrack :x

  • This song's really good when it kicks up.

  • "What'd you think, bag it or try for it?"

    "You game?"

    "I need lighter fluid."

    "You got it."

    CLASSIC!

    Thanks.

  • Best comment ever!!!

I see it every time I read it!!

  • Hey you know something-I've always been curious about the end scene where Peter is about to shoot himself &then changes his mind.Thing is, remember at the beginning he mentions he has "some brothers"; & he shoots the 1st zombie that busts thru the door-a brother!I think now that perhaps Romero kept a quiet story link along those lines in the film to juxtapose racial inferences of the time, just like in the 1968 film.I see something new everytime I watch this film.

  • Interesting point!

This is why we refer to Mr.Romero as being a genius!!!

  • @EshuEL Thats one reason why its a classic. Romero has some real insight into the human (or inhuman) condition.
