Just saw her perform this up close in a show with ILYAIMY. You know - she looks like she means it. I love bitter from lips other than my own, and she makes it quite compelling.

the industry, doesnt care, they simply would rather have a pre made cookie cutter template artist. There are TONS of talents like this around the world, that wont be heard for the same reason, meanwhile we get to be tortured by the beibers and jonas's when we could have had natural good talent like this.

its great she can do this song only banging the guitar not actually playing it. her voice so strong and emotional does it all and can replace a entire band. though I liked it better when she used to put less make up on. Isn´t that authentic in her case I think (and she´s a natural beauty)

Mieka, saw you perform 1/23 at Eddie's Attic in Atlanta. WOW! After you opened with Marked Man I knew you were something different and special! What a talent! Incredible! A FIERCE performer! In response to the previous post -- YES, a guitar to beat on for this song, and to play with such skill and intensity like you've hardly ever heard on others. What a rare treat to hear such a performance from a singer bound for superstardom. I'll be back to see you again!
