  • The BBC buys quite a few UK shows from other networks to show in America, as well as this (I.e. The Inbetweeners, Primeval, Misfits etc), basically as a way to increase profits for ITV & Channel 4, as well as the Beeb itself.

  • @fragileguilt It's strange though because it wasn't the BBC who made it, it was channel 4 (one of the BBC's main rivals). :S
