Hard to believe that in over a decade, network TV could go from shows like "Homicide" to "The Biggest Loser". Now, you have to search on cable to get consistently good dramatic television.
Nine inch nails did not write this song. johnny Cash did! Now I know what your going to say. Your going to say that cash covered the song almost 10 years after it was written and that Trent wrote it, and your gonna be all like... Trent even said Cash did it better. Copy and paste the wiki. Read me the album credits. It's all one big corporate lie perpetrated by Trent Reznor's vampire lawyers. If you don't believe me, I've made a plenty compelling case with plenty of proof on my channel.
I once came home to that same kinda message on the mirror, there's no words to describe how haunting or how immediately it hits you...this was a good interpretation of that kind of thing, especially with the song.
me too. I love this song and show. It was a perfect Synchronization to the mood and feeling of the characters. I felt John Munches pain right there. Bravo Homicde! Bravo Nine Inch Nails!
I just finished watching season 6 (after I manically been watching the first 5 :)) and I totally agree. They're playing great music all 6 seasons. They used Hurt long before Johnny Cash made it famous, in fact I think it just had been released.

@DeliveryManBoy Did you lose your tinfoil hat? Or was it stolen by Trent Reznor's intergalactic vampire lawyers?

one of my favorite episodes, a buddy I served with in the Navy came home to just that sort of scene.

Loved when they used this song with Beau's pain in the end. So heart-breaking!
