  • Wow! It is inspiring to hear such intelligent planning in the heart of troubled Central America, especially coupled with a serious commitment to the environment. I hope that this spreads to Nicaragua, El Salvador, and the rest. Do scholarships exist to send top students of other Central American countries to Costa Rican universities, so they can see experience good government up close and take those ideas home?
