This is SO not the right way to get a dog to swim. If you force a dog to go in the water he'll never be really comfortable swimming and will lose his trust in you (if he still has any).
Other than that, Cesar Millan's methods are wrong, as any real animal behaviorist will tell you, and don't work for all dogs or all situations. People should be very careful about following his advice.
@DraMiaMia SO NOT TRUTH! OK,prehaps the guy isn't doin' very best with this dog, but Cesar's methods are great! Infact,they''re better then any other animal behaviorist's, because he gets called when all of them fail. And he fixes the dog. Always.
