There's inconsistency in editing outside of RBN as well. Hell look at the RB1 disc alone. "Whore" is edited out in Welcome Home but remains intact in "In Bloom." Different bands, labels, etc. have different standards for edited versions of songs. If there's already an edited version of a song that meets the ESRB's criteria, odds are they're just going to use it even if it edits some stuff that would be considered acceptable by the ESRB.

I'm pretty sure they could've gotten away with "raped", but since RBN songs have more hoops to jump through since they're third-party-submitted, somebody probably got cold feet and decided "better safe than sorry", 'sorry' meaning "much time, effort and money wasted over a syllable".

Can anyone help me please. I have rock band, and rock band 2 on Xbox 360. I know from the rockband website that fake it, remedy and rise above this are available on rock band. My problem is that i just can NOT find it on the xbox live market place. Ive gone and organised the list by title, but still can't find any one of those 3 songs. Any suggestions would be good to help me get these songs.

Wavegroup was responsible for this. Not sure if it was their decision or Harmonix to censor "rape." I'm surprised they replaced "Fucking" with "Little," I never heard that in any radio edit. The audio, though, is TERRIBLE with this song. They really need to stop Wavegroup from butchering these songs.
