Be very careful with that! The male beard isn't meant to be pulled out (tweezed, waxed, epilated, whatever). It will get ingrown hairs if it's a mature coarse type hair. It might work for a kid just starting to get facial hair but honestly shaving is probably easier and less painful anyways. I remember back then I'd shave and be good for a week. lol

Hi. Is this model called Emjoi Soft Caress Cord/Cordless Hair Remover? I see it on amazon for about $50, but I don't see little flowers in the picture. I want to try this since *nothing* else works for me. It's better for underarms than it is for legs because it's rather small. A larger model would probably work better for legs but I'm not ready to spend more money on one yet.

My epilator is crap, it keeps breaking off some hairs and it rips out others. The only plus side is, is that my hairs aren't as thick and as noticable as they were if I left them. Now, I just use an electric shaver. I'm lucky coz I'm blonde so you don't notice them on my legs.

i pay £40 for 15 mins and it does a lot of area in that time. Look for websites of places in and around your area it may give costs on there. I pay each time I have a session, so dont be put off if it gives a total price for the whole treatment they usually let you pay each time. which can vary from 4-7 weeks in between and I am hair free in between too and go back in if I see any coming through. at first, it was really painful because it will take a couple of your hair off, but if you get used to it... It won't hurt anymore :D it's better than hair removal cream/wax and you can use it for a long period of time. But choose the one that has protector, so that it won't hurt your skin... and you can buy less HAIR REMOVAL WAX/CREAM and save more money as well (^^,)

I've never waxed my legs before so it HURT a lot.. and the areas where my hair is thinner, I had to go over it a few times to catch some of the last few soo seems to work much better with coarser hair.

it pretty much came back the same thickness.. i honestly didn't really see it thin out or it wasn't noticeable. i was expecting it to last a lot longer than it does. maybe because it takes a long time to get all the hairs.. so you don't always get it all and it seems like its growing back already. does that make sense? sometimes i get annoyed and just shave for a smooth finish. works well for underarms tho. nice and quick

Well personally since i've only have tried shaving and using stuff like nair on my underarms, I like it much better than either of those. Like she said if you try just plucking a hair, it does hurt LESS than that. I have for some reason really coarse under arm hair so i've only used it under there..I've been using it about every other or every 3 days and I've noticed that my hair has started to acutally get finer. I don't know if i'm just getting used the feeling..

i've been using braun epilator, a different model from yours, mine has setting (fast or slow) bought somewhere in Europe more than 7 years ago, and it's still working very well until today. The good thing about using an epilator is that you will have to redo it at least once a month, the regrowth is much much smoother and thinner.
