  • it was unreal, the speed this form perfect!!!

  • I thought it was a fair call.

  • WOW!!! GUYS CAPABLE OF 850..

  • Belyaev is great. He has got a squatters body, yet he has a world class deadlift. He is an 'exception to the rule.' Too bad on this lift he didn't lock it out long enough before the ref gave him the okay to lower it.

  • sumo allows for people built for squat to dominate the deadlift also. So if you have a huge squat, pull sumo and your deadlift will go way up.

  • i like that way of lifting it's easier when your legs are far from each other maybe not in powerlifting but for bodybuilders i think it works

  • No it is not easier. It just depends on your bodytype. For me sumo-deadlifting comes much easier. However of all the people I know no one prefers sumodeadlifts because they are heavier to them.

  • Unfortunately he did not keep his shoulders locked back long enough as he lost his balance momentarily. Me personally, I would've given it to him...he made a world record attempt look like 60kg.

  • It wasn't a great lift, he got 3 red lights. Learn the rules buddy.

  • how did you know? i did not see nay lights. why would that be a bad lift? technically i could not see any fault

  • it was the downward motion before he got the down signal

  • great lift- what was the delay in the call ? He locked it, bobbbed his head as if to let down..then locked again.
