I just go tmy first cold sore ever. and im kinda freaking out. im a guy and 16 and just wondering for the future that when its gone can i still kiss/makeout with girls? like a girlfriend or something? cause i heard apparently you can still spread it when there are no symptoms?

omg cold sores are herpes I wonder how i got so far inlife with out knowing this .. ive never has a cold sore but i had a canker sore..

@OBLIZOX: Yes. All cold sores are caused by the herpes virus but people confuse cold sores and canker sores. As a helpful guide, canker sores occur inside the mouth and not on the lips and herpes usually occurs on the lips and skin and not inside the mouth.
