No female would wear heels to a concert expecting to go onstage unless she's just stupid. lol. But I've also sold women's shoes before, so I know how women are about their shoes. Usher probably told her to do that to make it look more like she was some random chick. lol.

You must not go to concerts with reputably fine artists e.g Maxwell, Usher etc. Heels makes you taller and give you a sashay to your walk, how else would he have spotted her? You kind of pay $100 for a "date" with Usher, sitting front and center, I think you'd want to look your best and hopefully get chosen on stage! Hello!
