how did you turned off completely the dtc because when i turn off mine it seems as if its still is operating and lowers my rpm and I cant drift

unless you have an M-series car, you are without a LSD -- so you really wont be able to drift much. install a limited slip diff (hartge released one recently) and you'll be in drift heaven
