jeff hardy rocks but those are not how you make them jeff hardy sleeves have only 2 colors and there not that easy to make i bet all those other people that commented diddnt even make them they just say they did

i believe that were ur wrong and right u can use up to three colors and they are hard to make it took me a while before figureing it out but if u notice his sleeves arn't always cut the same way like in his earlier years he had mismatch holy sleaves holes different areas and sizes and they changed over the years to what he has today

If you live in the UK, you can get pairs of cloloured tights in Primark for only a pound a pair :)

I got a pair of white and a black pair today and did a fairly good job :P

ok u can make as many s u want i do every inch make a hole for colors i usually pick 3 but u can us as many as u want for the end just cut off the toe foot part and take one of the hole u make and put one of ur fingures in it

ok u can cut at any area depends on the lenght u want them i cut about maybe 2 inches from the crotch but all tight or most are diff the one i buy for sleeves have like a lil thigh slimmer i cut there also that way the sleeve can stay up better but yea u can cut at any length really

yea i also got my clothing dye there to make the colors i wanted walmart usually just sells the normal black and white but i buy tights not stocking stronger material they don't ruin as ft as stocking i mean i have sleeves i have worn maybe 25 times to parties and they still look like i just made them i thought this might also help u out a bit to lol but yea i get all that stuff from walmart like i bought there stuff to make my jef hardy pants can u check that video out and tell me what u think

u can do to any store to get them try ur local walmart in the womens undergarment section and to make the hand just take one take to of the holes in the tight/stocking and put them around one of ur fingers i hope this helps u out
