Normally, when I finish a game, I play it 2 or 3 more times depending on how good it is. I played Demon's souls 30 more times after i finished it. Why? Because its an awesome game.

Normally, when a sequel comes out, I sell the old game because the sequel is usually better and the old game became boring. I got Dark souls, but kept demon's souls. Why? Because Demon souls and Dark souls are some of the best games I've ever played.

After beating Demon Souls and Dark Souls, I still say Demon Souls is the better game. I'm rather upset that Dark Souls resorted to really cheap BS to kill you such as the Bed of Chaos and being forced to lose against Seath the Scaleless. Dark Souls felt lifeless and boring- The music isn't even as good for some reason.

I have yet to see anyone lie like that about Demon's Souls. Hardest game ever, and it's all genuine challenge. No cheap bullshit. On top of that, it keeps you playing. I love it. :D

The worst world ever is the fifth, it's a nightmare. In the first part you can fall to your death easily, the second is a poisonous swamp and the last is a plague swamp (because a poisonous swamp isn't bad enough). It's a hellhole filled with disease and decay, giant slugs, giant moskitos, zombie children victims of the plague and at it's core a fallen saint (Maiden Astraea).

Nasty slugs on the walls and the first boss is made of that repulsive matter. If I could beat the game without ever having to play that whole I would.

@HadesHatredEdge The real problem will be facing Maiden Astraea, the fallen saint, you begin on a cliff and has to go through her bodyguard Garl Vinland that has a very big mace to fight you on a tight space. Falling off will drop you on a palgue swamp full of zombie children. Plague is like poison but your health drops faster and it lasts long, bring recovery itens and lots of holy arrows. Astraea is in the middle of a tiny island in the plague swamp, so after dealing with Vinland, shoot her.

This is the greatest game I ever played. But it still sucked because it's so frustratingly hard. So far Im stuck at the penetrator, the maneater, the swamp butcher adjucator archway. Im stuck at the storm archway 2-2. Im getting attacked from all direction and the rolling skeleton man nor death's puppets make it any easy. I think Ill just put the game down the game and come back in a year or two. No point in trading it in because it's worth nothing now.

The game is pretty difficult on your first few tries...but the more you play, the better you get, really. However the parry is a bitch to get down, but once you do, you can rape some stronger opponents. Also...fear the red eyes....fear it....Great game. @dave1927p I felt the same way, the difficulty sounded awful and frustrating. but honestly the possibility of losing all your souls makes you feel on edge, especially when someone's invading your world trying to kill you. rent the game, it gets really good. but don't bother if you don't have patience for challenges.

@dave1927p The game is very fun and very, very addictive. There is very litle story, but that's sort of the point. The small plot is just put there as a reason for you to be doing what you're doing. The game is all about having fun by beating very difficult challenges

It reminds of those old school games where if you pay attention and master the controls you get really good at it. I remember when I use to have trouble fighting the Red-Eyed Knight, but know I can beat him every time with the weakest weapon and the lowest level. :) Great game, skill over grinding.
