hey hey! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cooworker gained crazy amounts of muscle with it.
I have 126 pounds/ 5´7 and i hate my ass, and my legs are fat, so i started to do 8 minutes buns,legs and abs(for fun) 2-3 times daily. Hope to see some results soon :) or im gonna kill this guy cuz my ass hurts so much :D
@boj4ncy Your shouldn't even do it every day, much less two or three times a day.
Exercising a muscle creates "microtears." When you rest, your body repairs these tears with more muscle, making you stronger. If you constantly exercise, your muscle will be in a constant torn state, and you won't build muscle.
One day, exercise... The next day, rest... Then exercise again. If you want to exercise every day to stay motivated, target one muscle group per day, moving to another the next day.

this workout is totally awesome. I have been doing it for about two months now 2 to three times a week and the results are great. starting to like wearing short skirts now :)

@portablegamer Thanks for advice, but it works even this way :))) My legs and ass look beter after 10 days of 8minutes legs and buns once daily,only first 2 days i was doin it 2 times and i stoped with 8 minutes abs cuz i had musclfiber after that, and i told my self i dont need this, my stomac looks good :D

hey hey! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cooworker gained crazy amounts of muscle with it.

on the lunges do you touch the ground with your knee or not ?

@simonne2011 you go to about 2 inches from the ground. Touching the ground releases the stress on the muscle, which is counterproductive

I have 126 pounds/ 5´7 and i hate my ass, and my legs are fat, so i started to do 8 minutes buns,legs and abs(for fun) 2-3 times daily. Hope to see some results soon :) or im gonna kill this guy cuz my ass hurts so much :D

@boj4ncy Your shouldn't even do it every day, much less two or three times a day.
Exercising a muscle creates "microtears." When you rest, your body repairs these tears with more muscle, making you stronger. If you constantly exercise, your muscle will be in a constant torn state, and you won't build muscle.
One day, exercise... The next day, rest... Then exercise again. If you want to exercise every day to stay motivated, target one muscle group per day, moving to another the next day.

i LOVE this workout. my butt didn't use to be so great but now, i purposfully do this in spandex by my mirror so i can see how great my butt is!!!!! keep working at it everyone this is so effective and the best workout iv had!!!!! results will come!! :D
