  • Holy cow your arms are looking skinny there dinograd! I have done the exact same thing (worked out to try to erase bad eating). I think I've even done a second workout for an hour after having done an hour in the morning. Crazy! My eating has been bad bad bad. I need to get back on track for sure.

  • I ate a giant chicken sub tonight. Then I went foe a brisk three mile walk. Not sure how much good that did, but at least I moved afterward. ;0)

  • It's amazing how much better you feel if you just get up and walk.

  • I did the exact same thing today! Went and got a whole roasted chicken and ate the whole thing (along with pasta salad) -- felt like a giant blob afterwords but instead of just sulking about, I did 60 minutes of my wokout dvd (I usually only do 30) -- Feel so much better. -- Congrats on pushing past the brownie!
