@rashahamad do you have icy or rock? if not is your iphone jailbroken? if it is you must upgrade it to the firmware 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 Again and use the latest jailbreak tool spirit, it will take 3 mins and it will install u cydia search on youtube for vids about spirit! :D

one way is by SSH into your ipod and go to applications and delete.

another way is go in installer, then packages, and then delete it :P
