Simon is the best because he's honest. He tells you the ugly truth straight to your face. Everyone is a critique but only a few can truly criticize somebody face-to-face and he can do that because he is confident in his ability to recognize talent. He may hurt the feelings of others because of it but at least he doesn't give false hope. And you know what, some people need to hear the ugly brutal truth.
