  • Funny ad. Too bad Comcast spends so much on its ad campaigns instead of giving decent custpmer service. We switched to Verizon FIOS when it became available. Very nice. It comes with much better customer service, too. The Verizon people are pleasant, and show up when they say they will; and they follow through on what they promise. ... unlike Comcast.
