I'm looking at getting the Borla Stingers for my '06 GT. I love the exterior tone of them, but how bad is the drone, 1 to 10? If then 10 was having to talk loudly to your passenger and 1 being stock. Thanks

I'd say with my 3:55 gears that they are about a 6. When you are driving normal with cruise set its not too bad, but when there is a slight load on the engine(up hill or something similar) the drone is more pronounced. I would definitely recommend them though. I have taken them a step further and now have an O/R X pipe on it now. Its a lot louder now.

Well if I knew how to transition like 20 different sections of video all into one I would have done it myself, but a friend did it and put the music in with it. I didn't want to be a dick and ask him to take it out after he had already done it.

Ok my 20-22 in town is like me driving back and forth to work. The type of road that I'm on in the video is about my town. I've got a 4 mile commute, so by the time the car warms up I'm there. That isn't great for fuel millage. This weekend I drove in OC Maryland and hit it a few times from red lights and after like 15 miles I was about 16 mpg. As soon as I got above 55 it quickly rose to 23. So by the end of the tank and highway driving i'll be at about 24.

That's excellent for a car that has balls. I have a 05 stang and with 4.10 gears I can get 25 miles to a gallon driving from charleston to savannah on I-95 doing 75 miles per hour.

I put 4.10's in mine I only get 13-15 in town, still get about 21-22 on the highway though.

How do you like the 4.10's I was thinking about getting them for mine but didn't want to mess with my mpgs too much. I mean I like to have fun and do but I generally take it easy on the road. If you don't have it tuned yet do it. Its so much better!

Out of all the thing's I've done to my car it is by far my favorite. I do have a tune from Brenspeed with a Steeda CAI, UDP's, BBKTB, and the 4.10's on 93oct.

I almost went this past Sunday but I didn't get a chance to. Right now I should be sitting at about 290 to the wheels.

Never did either but I was told with a good driver (I am and it's manual) that 0-60 is 4.5-4.7 and 1/4 mile should be 12.7-13.1 on various road conditions.

Dude i LOVE my 4.10's on my 06 GT, Actually my Mpg went up, because i drive around town alot so it takes less gas to get up to speed!. GET 4.10's youll be glad u did. Check out my videos of my 06 GT

shit some of you guys get some great mileage. my car is an 08 gt manual and i get 15-16 in town and 20-23 on the highway... how do you have MPG so high? holy shit lol

That's what I get too for the most part. I got lucky once with a tailwind and got 31 MPG on a long trip. It was pretty cool!

How do you get that good of mileage? I have an 06 GT and get 22 tops on the interstate. No way in hell will I see 20-22 miles around town. I don't think that is possible dude.

But, if you were trying to show what the exhaust sounded like, you might want to ditch the music, kill the burnout and slow down a bit so we can actually hear the exhaust.

But, if you weren't trying to show of the exhaust note, it was a cool vid :-D
