I'm glad you showed the "Flea". I saw it in a book once but I wasn't sure if I dreampt it up or not because I never found the picture again...until now!
Thanks for posting this interesting video! We used to have a biplane squadron in Minnesota, but they disbanded a few years ago. Every now and then there'll be a few at an airshow, but they're nothing compared to the Red Baron Squadron that was, sad to say, sponsored by Red Baron pizza. The company got younger management...college kids who knew nothing of the history of these magnificent machines. They disbanded the squadron and changed the pizza crust. Now they're a Minnesota joke.
Seimens-Schuckert D. IV is undoubtedly the greatest aircraft to see action in WWI. They only built a handful of them though and at the absolute tail end of the war.
Very nice collection of long gone, rare, ancient aircraft. Especially like the Siemens Schukertt D1 'Nieuport' copy. It decame quite the little beast by the time it got to the D3 & D4 stages.
Awezome video really cool airplanes =)

The Pfalz D.III (0:53) was no triplane but a series produced fighter.
Why is the colour drawing of the Albatros C.IX (1:53) painted in red? Is this a personal aircraft of the "Red Baron"? ;o)
I miss photos of the Bezobrazov Triplane resp. Tandem-Monoplane (1:33).
One wheel of the Poll giant bomber (2:31) is preserved in an English aviation museum.
Another German copy of the Nieuport Ni.17 was the Euler D.I which looks very similar to the SSW D.I (3:34).
Nice show.

The Pfalz D.III (0:56) was a normal production biplane, not a triplane.
Why is the colour-drawing of the Albatros C.IX (1:51) painted in red? Could this be "Red Barons" personal aircraft? ;o)
In an British aviation museum is preserved a wheel of the Poll giant bomber (2:34).
The Euler D.I also was a copy of the Nieurport Ni.17 and looks similar the SSW D.I.
All these shown types (except the Pfalz D.III) wasn't built in series.
