Wow, that scene with the elderly lady really brought back memories. My grandma had emphysema and one day she became so breathless that she had to call the local fire department. This was before 911 (in the eighties) and in a rural town in Missouri but the fire department was up the street from where she lived. The firemen came and gave her oxygen with a resuscitator. It was pretty scary seeing that black mask on her face but it saved her life.
