Singapore's oyster omelettes [as far as I know] doesn't use solely spring onions, eggs and oysters which from the looks of it this does.
Instead, raddish and cubes of pressed rice are used. However, as this dish has no fixed way of preparing it can vary. So claiming this any similar or otherwise from one region to another, has no significance what not.
