Saw that wonderful little Melissa Monroe (maybe age 15 at the time) sing this on the stage of Ryman in the summer of 1951 with her Dad Bill and Uncle Charlie and the Bluegrass Boys backing her. She brought the Opry audience to their feet. She had a voice like an angel. Our loss, Melissa passed away in 1990.  And there will never, ever in a million years be another great like Hank Williams.

No one could ever sing a song like Hank could. His voice is unforgettable and no matter what style he sings in it's the best. Every song Hank has ever sung is special.
