This is from the first album from which I was originally turned onto this band and first purchased - on vinyl no less, for those of us that can still remember that-;)

What is so remarkable is that after all that time the music still sounds so very vibrant, fresh and new.

silver gauntlet ring dating from 1250....

usually worn over a glove back in the day,

It has 3 semi precious stones, one lost,

no wonder after all those years...

thats what looks like eyes on-top of it....

So beautiful and haunting. Dark New England winter of 1983, I lived in a monstrous ancient wreck of a house. After midnight and I turned to one of the freaky college radio shows that stalked the airwaves at that time, to hear... just the end of the song! Crumpling, unidentifiable instrumentals trailing off, and then the mysterious urgent chanting. My brain was scarred! I called up the DJ and asked her to play it again which she did. Been one of my favorites ever since.

Stately Hall I go regularly to,the scene-

where you can see a settee in the big windows,

is where hundreds of years ago,people were-
