I don't like the cruel and unusual punishment amendment, it just lets criminals get away with committing cruel and unusual crimes with just jail time, just like in this scene. A lot of them just suicide before their time is up anyway. They should get curb stomped themselves. Or forced to drink gasoline and set on fire from the inside out.
