The "CAT 5 thing" as you called it is a 48 port rack mounted switch. It appeared to have SFP+ connections on it. They are worth several hundred dollars at least if they work. The computers however...you won't get more than 50 or 60 dollars for them.

@DannysCam: look for a slot in the back of the LaserJet printer shown at 2:26. There should be a slot where you can insert the card.

Those are at 3:34 are Switches for networking probably 10/100 link speeds. Those cost tons of money to buy and worth more than the rest of the stuff you have. Would be great to host a Lan party with. Those dells are pretty old. I worked on two of those they were like the 4300 and 4500 series. One took RIMMs or RAMBUS ram and the other was old PC133 Sdram. Max cpu speed would be around 2.4GHz with the right cpu.

@azkeyz i got about 7 of those clam shell dells with the pentium 4 2.8 mhz i used them for gaming for a while there ok computers i found a ATI rage 9600 video card that i use on my movie computer and then i use S video out and a old 32 inch TV for movies lol. the problems with the dells is i keep cooking them... i don't have very good AC in my loft so they burn the chips out... its happen twice this summer. but i do like the easy to get to clam shell case

I would be in heaven raiding wherever you got all this stuff. theres another guy on here named lukemorse and he's found game systems and stuff. 5:46 I would use one of those backup inverter things. if the battery was no good I'd either hook a car battery to it or wire a 12V car lighter cord and plug it into my jumpstarter box. if i had enough of them and enough batteries I could run my while room off the grid and add solar panels.
