@MyriamMont1 I see you live in Mexico... I found a copy on VHS for rent at the Texas Library for the Disabled in Austin TX... I borrowed it from them and dubbed a VHS copy for myself. If you ever get to Austin TX you should try them.
I remember this very video from elementary school as well, some 30 years ago! I remember it also featured the woman shopping, signing a check, and driving a car with her foot. So where is the rest of this?
This was a Film distributed by Barr Films, I believe it was nominated for an Oscar for best short documentary.

Her name was Bonnie Consolo and she was a wonderful person. Always laughing and she loved her boys.
